About Us

At a very young age, Dustin Lucas developed an immense love for
horses. As the son of one of Oklahoma's top Thoroughbred racehorse
trainers and President of the Thoroughbred Racing Association of
Oklahoma (OK-HBPA), his love for horses and the industry has grown
with him throughout the years.

As a result of working on his father's ranch training horses his entire
life, Dustin has seen first hand the great importance of dental
equilibration in horses. There is nothing more important than the health
of your horse's mouth in order to ensure maximum performance, both
on and off the track.

After 15 years at Red Earth Training Center, Dustin decided to leave the
training circuit to pursue a career as an Equine Dental Specialist. He
attended the Texas School of Equine Dentistry (TIED) in Weatherford,
TX, whose graduates have a very high reputation, both nationally and
worldwide. The instructors at TIED are highly qualified individuals and
consist of licensed veterinarians as well as the most knowledgeable
equine dentists in the world.

Dustin has several Oklahoma DVMs (horse vets) who utilize him on a
regular basis. He performs dental work for the veterinarians at
Oklahoma Equine Hospital and The Athletic Horse. He also works for
many vets on their own personal horses. Dustin will travel, upon
request, to wherever his services are needed.

Dustin will always go above and beyond to make sure each horse has a
healthy and useful mouth. He will do everything possible to ensure
your horse receives the best dental care available while educating you,
the horse owner, on it's extreme importance.
